Why I'm here
Access changes everything
Talent is everywhere. Access is not. Most young men do not fall behind because they lack ability — they fall behind because nobody showed them how money works, what careers exist, or who to call.
This program exists to close five gaps at once: financial knowledge, technology and AI, career exposure, relationships, and real opportunity. Students are the heroes here. My job is to put the map, the tools and the room full of people in front of them.
By March, every student in this cohort should be able to explain how markets work, defend a financial decision, describe careers they had never heard of in October, and stand up and present an idea that is theirs.
Technology & AI
Bevon builds with modern technology and AI tools, and teaches students to use them responsibly as thinking partners rather than shortcuts.
